When you tap “Stamp it”, our server records the market, your side, the live price, your stated confidence, and the time from its own clock. Your phone's clock is never used, so a stamp can't be faked by changing the date on your device, and nothing is stored until the server has confirmed it.

Because a receipt you could edit would be worthless. The only way to prove you called something before it happened is a record nobody, including you, can change afterwards. Misses count exactly like hits.

You have 120 seconds after stamping to cancel a call. The receipt screen shows a live countdown. After that it is permanent. Cancelled calls are never shown on your profile or receipts.

Imported positions come from a Polymarket wallet you pasted. We know the price you paid and whether it settled, but we were not there when you took the position, so we cannot vouch for the time. Imported receipts are clearly labelled so nobody mistakes them for server-stamped calls.

When Kalshi or Polymarket publishes a settlement, we record the result and compare it to your side. You get a hit or a miss, a Brier score for the call, the market's own Brier at the moment you stamped it, and closing-line value: how far the price moved toward or away from your side by close. Voided markets are marked void and don't count.

It is the squared gap between the probability you stated and what happened, where a hit is 1 and a miss is 0. Zero is perfect, 0.25 is coin-flip territory, and lower is better. We show it next to the market's implied Brier so the question is simply whether you beat the crowd.

Markets settle on the venue's schedule, which can be hours or days after the event. We check every few minutes. If a market is under review at the venue, the receipt stays open until they publish a result.
